An expert practice built around one field

We provide independent expert witnesses for asylum and international protection proceedings worldwide. The practice exists because authoritative country evidence was reaching well-resourced cases and missing everyone else.

An independent expert witness practice serving asylum proceedings worldwide
01Principles

How we work

Four commitments that decide which instructions we accept and how every report is written.

01

Independence is the product

Our duty runs to the court, not to the party paying the fee. An expert who shapes findings to suit an instruction is worth nothing at the hearing, and everyone in the room knows it.

02

Sourced or it does not go in

Every material claim in a report traces back to a primary source a decision-maker can check. Where evidence is contested or thin, we say so rather than paper over it.

03

Cost should not decide who is heard

Legal aid and NGO files get a scope built around the budget that exists, focused on the single issue most likely to change the outcome.

04

There is a person in every file

Asylum decisions turn on safety, liberty, and family. That is reflected in how carefully evidence is handled and how quickly we respond.

02Panel

Country specialists, matched to the instruction

Experts are selected per case on country specialism, practice area, language, and the procedural standard of your forum. We do not publish individual profiles without consent, and we confirm conflicts before any engagement begins.

Selection
Primary-source country knowledge and prior tribunal experience.
Conflict check
Run against the parties before an expert is named to you.
Availability
Confirmed against your filing deadline, not assumed.

Put the practice to work on a live file

Send the country of origin, the forum, and your deadline. You will have a named expert and a fixed fee within one business day.
